Propa Local
Budget
There
was no budget for this project as the filming was done on the DSLR Cameras and
Sony camera which we can use for free as well as getting free tickets into the
venue to film what is happening at the gig, who is playing at the event as well
as how the crowd react to the bands on stage.
What
is the brief?
The
brief is to create a short promotional video in the style of a documentary to
get the people watching the video interested in the overall event.
Who
is the audience?
The
audience we aim to target the video at will be both male and females between
the ages of 18-30 because the sort of people that will be interested in this
event will be people still interested in going out in town to have drink with
their friends as they also get free tickets to propaganda.
Key
dates for each milestone:
7th
February – Planning and documentation.
14th
February – Filming and risk assessments
17th
February – Start editing the footage and interviews

Props
and models
There
were no props and models needed for the filming as everything we filmed was for
real as it was documentary style and needed to be about the real event.
Health
and safety Considerations
The
health an safety consideration were undertook by a risk assessment of the
building before we started filming.
Legal
and ethical
The
only problem with filming the event is that the band had to give permission for
us to film them during the performance and interview which they did, so we had
their full permission so none of the content to go out to the public will be
unfair on the band.
